Withdrawal request
You can use this page to tell Jooier that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Email us at info@jooier.com with the subject line Withdrawal request and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The product or products you wish to withdraw from
- Your name and delivery address
You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
