Delickcious cat soup in a 12 x 80 g multipack, created as a complete food format with very high moisture and recipe-led flavour variety. The soups are designed to support everyday feeding while also helping increase bowl appeal and fluid intake.
- Complete food for adult cats with a soup-style texture
- High moisture recipes, typically around 82-84%
- Recipe ingredients can include chicken, sardine, tuna, shrimps, pumpkin, spinach, baby corn and green peas depending on flavour
- Typical analytical values are around 10-11% protein, 2-2.5% fat, 1% ash and 0.5% fibre
- Includes added minerals and selected trace elements such as zinc, iron, manganese, copper and iodine; some recipes also include vitamin D3
Feeding guide: as a general reference, a 2 kg cat can be fed about 2 pouches per day, 3 kg around 2.5 pouches, 4 kg around 3 pouches and 5 kg around 3.5 pouches. Serve at room temperature and keep fresh water available.

14-day returns and withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@jooier.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the full order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return or withdrawal, you must pay the direct cost of return postage and packaging. Jooier does not provide free return shipping for these returns. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before sending it back; we will arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@jooier.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
