The NatureCrafts Insect Hotel is a wooden garden shelter available in Medium and Large sizes. Both designs use natural pine wood, a protective metal roof and compartments filled with natural materials.

Where should I hang an insect hotel?
Choose a secure outdoor position sheltered from heavy rain and strong wind. Keep nesting openings clear. The insects that use the shelter will depend on the surroundings and season.

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Jooier currently prioritizes delivery and customer support for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately unless a specific promotion says otherwise.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When tracking is available, we will share tracking details by email.

14-day returns and withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@jooier.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the full order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return or withdrawal, you must pay the direct cost of return postage and packaging. Jooier does not provide free return shipping for these returns. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before sending it back; we will arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@jooier.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
