14-day returns and withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@jooier.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the full order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@jooier.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
