Shipping policy

Shipping to NL, BE and DE

We currently focus on shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times
Netherlands: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Belgium: usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Germany: usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

During busy periods, carrier delays or high-volume product launches, delivery can take longer. If your order is delayed, contact us at info@jooier.com and we will help track it.

Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@jooier.com. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us at info@jooier.com with your order number and photos where relevant, so we can investigate with the carrier.
